Ed Giardina is an interdisciplinary artist and educator who lives and works in the Los Angeles area. His research interests include design, new media, and contemporary art. He is an Asscociate Professor in the Art Department at Cypress College where he works with students in both the Art and Media Arts Design Programs. He is also also a member of Finishing School, an art, design, and technology collective. Their socially engaged practice investigates the many intersections of play, praxis, and activism.
